Selecting your garden tools should be a fun and personal process; we’re all going to develop a cool tool list of our own. I have stuck to hand tools; power tools are a subject of topic for another day. Buy the best you can afford and maintain them; cutting oil and white lithium grease is what passes for love with your tools. Take care of your tools and they will take care of you. I have had my garden tools for years. I sell garden tools, and I have not had to buy any for years, either. Well taken care of. I hope everyones garden is flourishing this summer.
Shovels - A shovel is an essential tool for gardening. They come in different sizes, shapes and a variety of forms. Shovels are made from metal with some having wooden or plastic handles. A shovel is used for scooping, digging and shoveling of soil or dirt. The shovel is important in any garden setup, it helps you save strength on otherwise difficult task of digging.
Broadfork - Today you can buy a miracle broadfork, which will be an excellent replacement for the usual shovel. This tool has a special mechanism, which saves you from the load on your back and arms. When using it you do not need to raise the soil and turn it. In addition, the miracle broadfork not only digs up the ground, it also loosens it at the same time. You will not need a rake to break up large clods and leveling the site. The width of the treated surface (and the tool respectively) is much greater than when using a simple shovel and this is reflected in its performance. Sometimes called a U-bar digger, this tool has anywhere from four to eight 10-inch-long tines attached to a U-shaped bar. The tines loosen the soil as you push the tool into the earth and pull it out
